  1. You need 540 ml of Sushi rice.
  2. You need 150 grams of Salmon (sashimi grade).
  3. It's 8 of shrimp Peeled shrimp.
  4. You need 1 of Salmon roe.
  5. It's 3 of Eggs for kinshi tamago.
  6. Prepare 5 of pods Green beans.
  7. Prepare 1 of Denbu.
  8. You need 1 packages of Pickled mibuna.
  9. You need 1 of Toasted sesame.

Sushi Cake is Sushi Rice molded and decorated with fish and vegetables so it looks like a cake. It is very colorful and festive, and a great dish for a celebration of some sort. It looks a little complicated, but it is quite easy to make it at home. It is traditionally celebrated with chirashi sushi, which is also known as mixed or scattered sushi.

  5. Top with kinshi tamago, and decorate it with rose-shaped salmon, shrimp, salmon roe, and green beans, then it's finished..
  6. I served the leftover rice in mini glass cups for appetizers..
