- Spread Whipped Cream on each of the Chocolate Crepes making a huge layer or pile of Crepes. Smoothen out the edges and cover with the Whipped Cream even on top. Chill this in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes with a cover on to prevent it from drying up or better still in a Cake box. This is basically done to just allow it to set..
