This recipe is a fun spin on my famous blender crepes. The ingredients are mostly the same, however I added cocoa powder to give them that nice chocolaty taste. For the crepes: Combine the eggs, milk, flour, cocoa powder, sugar and salt in a blender or bowl. Blend or whisk by hand until the mixture forms a smooth batter. Delicious dessert however the crepe recipe didn't turn out for me.
